Puts Federal Stimulus Dollars to Work
City officials came together to announce how funds from the 2009 Federal
American Recovery & Reinvestment Act will be used to complete a
variety of capital projects at city housing locations. The first capital
project is seal coating the roof of Washington Manor's senior housing
complex with reflective white paint to extend the life of the roof and
offer energy savings.

Phoenix libraries. Encourages children to read and earn points to attend
