Downtown Residential Development
Urban residential living in the Downtown area has
increased tremendously in the past decade. Since 2000, nearly 4,000
residential units have been added to greater Downtown Phoenix.
The new housing developments cater to residents looking for a dynamic
urban environment, shorter commutes, and easy access to nearby
cultural, sports and entertainment amenities. The area has experienced
a revival including the restoration of historic homes and development
of multi-family urban apartments, condominiums, lofts and town
homes.
