Steve Binder, a volunteer with the Phoenix Police Department's Motors Assist Program, gets in his truck. Binder works like a patrol unit, driving around the city to assist stranded drivers and help with traffic control.

COPS Radio Interview

Officer Larry Horton of the Phoenix Police Department was interviewed for a Sunday morning radio show about the COPS volunteer program. The interview talks about how COPS is unique compared to other volunteer opportunities with the Phoenix Police and how to become part of the COPS program.
