Phoenix Police officers responded to a shooting call in the area of 1200 E. Devonshire Avenue at approximately 10:00 pm on October 29th. When officers arrived they found a 48 year-old man who had been shot lying in the middle of the street. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. According to investigators, several witnesses heard gun shots but no one saw what happened.
This is an ongoing investigation and at this time there is no suspect information. Investigators are asking for help from the community.
