Four Phase Planning Process

The project team has developed a four phase planning process for the Agua Fria Linear Recharge Project. The phases are:

PHASE 1: Stakeholders Coordination and Public Information
PHASE 2: Initial Technical Investigations/Economic Analyses/Feasibility Report Update
PHASE 3: Preliminary Designs
PHASE 4: Final Design and Implementation

Phase 1, which began July 2001, was a two year project consisting of gathering information, developing feasible options and obtaining consensus on a plan to reuse the reclaimed water.

The information gathering task has been completed. A steering and five technical committees have been formed to assist in developing alternative concepts.
