Artist Career Development Grants
Grant Requests
Artists may request grant support up to a maximum of $1,000.
If total project expenses exceed $1,000, the applicant must secure additional revenue from other sources to balance the budget
There is no deadline for receipt of applications. Grants will be awarded until the total available funds have been allocated.
Only one request per applicant may be funded in a 24 month period.
Funding Restrictions
Grant funds cannot be used for:
University or college-sponsored projects will be considered for funding only if they are open exclusively to non-credit participants.
The city of Phoenix cannot legally fund proposals that are religious in nature.
