The Ethnic Resource Directory seeks to create new alliances between valley arts groups and local non-arts centered ethnic organizations that are interested in assisting arts groups. It is the hope of the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture that arts groups will turn to the ethnic organizations listed or individual members of those organizations for:
