through development of a major city-wide event
Objective 7.1 – Develop a major city-wide arts and culture event
Strategy 1 - Maintain communication with the Maricopa Partnership for Arts and Culture to avoid duplication and mutually enhance efforts
Strategy 2 - Convene local cultural
organizations to determine interest in
creating a common theme for a major city-wide arts and culture event and
identify what each organization could contribute artistically to the event.
Strategy 3 - Conduct a feasibility study
Strategy 4 - Create a fundraising strategy and secure private and public funding for the event
