What's New
The City of Phoenix Business Customer Service Center (BCSC) was eliminated as part of the 2009 budget cuts. The activities previously performed by the BCSC are now distributed between the Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD) and Planning & Development Services Department.
Services
Established in 1992, the BCSC is a free business resource and information center for new and existing businesses operating within the City and strives to provide its customers with the following professional services:

Start-up Businesses - Information and referrals to help with all aspects of new start-up businesses. BCSC provides referrals to other city departments and partnering organizations. This service is now performed by the Community and Economic Development Department.

Regulatory Assistance - Guidance for businesses in understanding and navigating various city's regulatory processes. This service is now performed by the Planning and Development Services Department.

Problem Solving- Serves as a liaison between businesses and city departments to coordinate business related concerns. This service is now performed by the Community and Economic Development Department.

Business Feedback - Provide the business community the opportunity to submit feedback on how to improve and streamline city business related services. Send requests to phx.business@phoenix.gov.

Our goal is to provide free and friendly assistance for businesses located within the City of Phoenix. Walk-in business is welcome, however, we recommend making an appointment to assure appropriate time can be given to discuss your business concerns. We also welcome the opportunity to speak with your group or organization.
