The items that need to be shown or marked include:
Room sizes and uses
Placement of walls
Dimensions
Location and sizes* of
windows,
doors and stairs,
fixtures,
outlets (electrical),
utility lines,
heating ducts,
built-in equipment or cabinets,
and smoke detectors (at required locations when value of work being done exceeds $1,000)
*These items need to be shown if they are being built, being altered or obstructing the work
proposed in the permit.
