Invitation for Bids for Furnish and Install
Digital Video Recording System Equipment

The City of Phoenix acting through its Public Transit Department invites qualified bidders to submit bids for a one (1) year contract to supply and install GE Interlogix digital video recording equipment in transit buses. Estimated contract start date is January 1, 2008.

Any questions that arise relating to this RFP shall be directed, in writing, to Kimberly Hayden, at the address below, or via e-mail kimberly.hayden @phoenix.gov (preferred), by 5:00 p.m. local time, on November 7, 2007.

Bids will be received by the Public Transit Department, Suite 900, 302 North First Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, until November 21, 2007, 2:00 P.M., Phoenix Time.

The RFP packet and required Affirmative Action reporting forms are available in the formats specified below.
