The following list clarifies the types of projects that are not eligible for assistance by the City Infill Housing Program:

• Accessory structures (only detached garages or storage sheds associated with qualifying infill housing program building permit are allowed)

• Any type of residential conversions (e.g. house addition, garage conversion)

• Duplexes (attached/detached), multi-family housing projects (rental units)

• Manufacture houses or existing houses moved to vacant infill locations

• Meters (water and/or sewer)

• Retaining Walls

• Fences over 6 feet in height

• Single-family houses outside the Infill boundary

• Single-family houses with septic systems (effective June 12, 2000)

• Single-family remodels and TI work

• Swimming pools and associated structures

• Temporary services (e.g. gas, electric)
