Request for Proposals to Develop Policies & Procedures for the
Operation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Equipment

The Public Transit Department of the city of Phoenix, Arizona is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop policies & procedures for the operation of CCTV equipment, for a one (1) year period commencing on or about July 1, 2008 and expiring on June 30, 2009, with an option to extend two (2) additional years, in one (1) year increments.

Any questions that arise relating to this RFP shall be directed, in writing, to Kimberly Hayden at the above address, or via e-mail, by 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2008.

Proposals will be received by the Public Transit Department, 302 North First Avenue, Suite 900, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, until May 22, 2008, 2:00 P.M., local time. Late proposals will not be considered.
