Request for Proposals for Housing Business System Implementation
The city of Phoenix Housing Department is inviting qualified software vendors to submit a written proposal for the purchase, installation, training, maintenance and support of a housing automated business system. The successful offeror will provide and implement a system that manages the Housing Department’s business processes including application and intake for Public Housing and Section 8, Homeownership Programs, inspections, unit turnaround/lease up, transfer/relocation, evictions, work orders, financial reporting, grants management, purchasing and requisitions and inventory control.
