The City of Phoenix Human Services Department (HSD) is seeking proposals from firms or individuals capable of providing mentoring services for its newly awarded Early Head Start Program. The mentor will provide mentoring, coaching, training, and technical assistance to thirty Early Head Start home visitors who will require extensive training in the area of education and child development.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING PROPOSALS:
Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M. MST on December 9, 2009 at
Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington – 19th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003-1611.
No proposals will be accepted after the time specified.
