Request for Proposals for Head Start Services

The City of Phoenix Human Services Department Education Division is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Head Start Services for a maximum of 400 children within the City of Phoenix service boundaries. These slots are formerly from the City’s directly-operated program and must be center-based, with option for single or double sessions.

Proposal Deadline: May 23, 2008 By 4:00 P.M.
