Request for Proposals to Develop an Urban Residential Development Project

The City of Phoenix, Arizona is seeking proposals for the development of an urban residential project on approximately 170,000 square feet of privately owned property located at the northeast corner of McDowell and Alvarado Roads (the "Site"). Proposers must include information regarding the control of the site to be considered for this opportunity.
