The City of Phoenix Public Works Department is seeking qualified firms interested in providing Property Management Services for a six-story, 156,213 square foot Bio-Science, Research Facility and Office building, in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and proposal instructions set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Pre-Proposal Conference
A Pre-proposal conference and tour will be held on October 30, 2009 , 9:00 a.m. local time,
in the 1st Floor Conference Room, at 445 North 5th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Terms, conditions,
and scope of work will be reviewed and discussed.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING PROPOSALS:
Sealed proposals will be received by the Public Works Department-Contract Services Section,
at Barrister Place, 101 South Central Avenue, 4th Floor Reception Area, Phoenix, Arizona 85004,
until 3:00 p.m., local time, Friday, November 6th, 2009.
