The City of Phoenix Human Services Department Community Services Division is seeking offers from organizations capable of providing emergency shelter overflow services in support of homeless families and single women individuals at the City-owned Watkins Shelter.Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M. MST on February 20, 2008 at 200 West Washington - 17th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003-1611. No proposals will be accepted after the time specified.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 28, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at Historic City Hall, 17 S. 2nd Avenue-2nd Floor Sub-committee Room, Phoenix, Arizona to answer questions related to this Request for Proposals. Parking will be validated at the Municipal Garage only, 305 W. Washington.
