The City of Phoenix’s Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD), Workforce Development Division, is seeking offers from community organizations to provide workforce development services to adults and youth within the city of Phoenix, a designated Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA).

Request for Proposal applications will be available beginning December 3, 2007, through January 11, 2008. To be eligible for review, sealed proposals must be received by 4:00 pm, Friday, January 11, 2008 to:

A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2007, to answer questions regarding the adult and youth RFP process. Times and locations are listed below:

All questions pertaining to the Adult and Youth RFP process must be submitted to the following email addresses: Youth RRP at pwcyouthprograms@phoenix.gov, and Adult RFP at onestop@phoenix.gov. All questions will be answered within 48 hours. Questions and answers will be posted at www.phoenix.gov/phxwc.

Request for Proposal packets can be picked up at the location listed above starting on December 3, 2007 or packets can be downloaded at www.phoenix.gov/phxwc.
