The City of Phoenix, Arizona is seeking proposals for the development of a mixed-use transit oriented development (TOD) incorporating the programmatic and facility needs of the Valley Youth Theater on approximately 35,000 square feet of City-owned property located on the south side of Fillmore Street between First and Second streets.Proposed mixed-use development concepts may include residential, retail, commercial, office, and other compatible urban uses. Residential development proposals must be designed for mixed-use urban living.
