Request for Qualifications for Grant Writing and Fundraising Consulting Services

The Intergovernmental Programs Office of the City of Phoenix requests proposals from consulting firms to provide grant writing and fundraising services. Based on responses to this Request for Qualifications, it is the intent of the City to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) from which the Intergovernmental Programs Office shall choose prospective consultants on an as-needed basis for consulting projects. The QVL will remain in effect through approximately May 15, 2010.

Interested parties may download the packet below or obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications by contacting the City of Phoenix Intergovernmental Programs Office, 200 W. Washington Street, 12th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, 602-256-4257, fax 602-534-3644. All submittals are due on or before 2 p.m. April 30, 2008. Affirmative Action reporting forms must be on file with the City's Equal Opportunity Department prior to submission of an RFQ response.
