Request for Qualifications for Homeownership Pre-Purchase Counseling and Homeownership

The City of Phoenix Housing Department is issuing a Request for Quality ("RFQ") to solicit proposals from qualified agencies to provide a series of homeownership pre-purchase counseling sessions to participants in assisted housing programs. The funding source is a U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant awarded to the Housing Department. Pre-purchase counseling will begin October 8, 2008.

Proposal packets are available at the Housing Department Resident Services office located at 1305 South 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003, or may be requested by calling the Housing Department at (602) 534-7268 or downloading the form from the internet phoenix.gov/ . The document will be posted on July 14 at 8 AM.

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M. Arizona time on August 22,2008 at the Resident Services Division, 1305 South 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003. No proposals will be accepted after the time specified.
