Government and Community Relations Consulting Services
The city of Phoenix Office of Government Relations requests proposals from consulting firms to provide government/community relations professional services. Based on responses to this Request for Qualifications, it is the intent of the city to reestablish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) from which Government Relations and other city departments may select prospective consultants on an as-needed basis for consulting projects. The QVL for Category 1, 3 and 4 will remain in effect through Dec. 31, 2010. The QVL for Category 2 will remain in effect through Feb. 14, 2010. A previously-established QVL expires on Jan. 21, 2009.

Washington St., 12th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, call 602-256-4257 or fax 602-534-3644. Submittals for Category 2 are due on or before 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009. Affirmative Action reporting forms must be on file with the city's Equal Opportunity Department prior to submission of an RFQ response. Category 1, 3 and 4 closed on Dec. 11, 2008.
