Request for Qualifications for Paralegal Services for the City of Phoenix

The Law Department of the City of Phoenix is currently seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) for paralegal services. The City Attorney intends to establish a list of qualified individuals or firms from which a selection will be made to provide paralegal services on an as-needed basis.

The RFQ, whether hand delivered or mailed, must be received at the City Attorney's Office, c/o Debbie Lauer, 200 West Washington Street, Suite 1300, Phoenix, AZ 85003, no later than 3:00 p.m., MST, Monday, May 19, 2008. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions should be directed to (602) 262 6761.

This qualification is subject to the City of Phoenix Code, Chapter 18, Article V, as amended pertaining to non-discrimination in employment by consultants and subconsultants. The Affirmative Action requirements are included as a part of the qualifications and must be obtained by the time of qualification submission.
