Request for Qualfiications (RFQ) for
Consulting Services For Public Transit
RFQ PT #09-009

The Public Transit Department of the city of Phoenix, Arizona is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing public sector consulting services, specifically in the area of public transportation. These services will be used to assist City staff with improving processes in various functions and areas within the Public Transit Department. Based on responses to this Request for Qualifications, it is the intent of the City to create a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) from which the Public Transit Department shall choose prospective consultants on an as-needed basis for consulting projects. The QVL will be in effect for a two (2) year period beginning on or about February 1, 2009.

Proposals will be received by the Public Transit Department, Suite 900, 302 North First Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, until January 15, 2009, 2:00 P.M., Phoenix Time. Late proposals will not be considered
