The city of Phoenix accepts complaints from citizens of the city regarding the two licensed cable TV providers: Cox Cable and Qwest Cable. The city acts as a liaison between these cable TV providers and the citizens to resolve complaints. The city encourages citizens to attempt resolving the complaints directly with the cable TV provider prior to contacting the city. You can reach the cable TV providers at:
