The City Clerk Department provides a diverse array of services to the public and the City organization as a whole.

Customer Service Counters

Locations
Business Licenses......10th Floor
Elections & Official Records...15th Floor
Property Records.......4th Floor

Hours of operation
Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Public services:

Process regulatory business and liquor licenses,
Maintain property ownership changes,
Maintain official City documents,
Conduct annexations in accordance to State law
Conduct elections for the more than 1.3 million residents of the city of Phoenix.

Internal City services to more than 13,000 city employees:

Printing and desktop publishing
Mail services of U.S. and interoffice mail
Document imaging services and consultation

Enterprise (citywide) support
Office automation
Training
E-mail and Calendar
