Campaign Finance Information
Reporting and Filing Periods
In any calendar year during which there is a regularly scheduled election, or a special election, at which any candidates, measures, questions or propositions appear or may appear on the ballot, the political committee shall file each of the following campaign finance reports. (A.R.S. §§ 16-913(B) and 16-913(C))

May 1 thru June 9, 2008 June 10 thru June 19, 2008 January Report June 10 thru Dec. 31, 2008 Jan. 1 thru Feb. 2, 2009Under current State law, unless a special election is called, the next report will be due by June 30, 2009 for the reporting period of Jan. 1, 2009 thru May 31, 2009.

Filing by mail
All required campaign finance reports must be filed with the City Clerk by the deadline date to avoid penalties for late filing. If filed by mail, to be considered received on time, the report must be mailed via certified mail with a United States mail postmark date no later than the deadline date. (A.R.S. § 16-916)
