The PACE program offers casework/counseling services to assist city of Phoenix residents with services designed to promote independent living.Caseworkers maintain office hours at all 17 senior centers. Staff provides comprehensive assessments and links clients with community resources.

- City of Phoenix resident
- 60 years and older
How to Apply
Senior Centers
- Contact PACE Intake at 602-262-6631 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Clients provide basic information to Intake in order to assess level of client need
