On-Site Dining

West exhibit hall cafe No matter what the appetite or preference may be, guests of the Phoenix Convention Center enjoy a variety of dining, snacking and beverage options throughout our facilities.

Metro Bistro, serving sandwiches, salads, soft drinks and other fare, is a standard throughout the three convention-center buildings. And an eclectic array of restaurants - Metro Marché - is located in the North Building. But it doesn't stop there.

  • Bistro on 3rd: If you are looking for a unique lunch, Bistro on 3rd is the place to go. Gourmet mini-sandwiches - sliders - are the specialty, including the Blue Blaze, incorporating grilled hamburger, Cajun spices, blue cheese and bacon, or the 'Shroom and Swiss, a fresh chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. And don't forget to order the gourmet sweet-potato fries!
  • City Central Coffee: Enjoy fresh coffee, roasted locally with a house blend made specifically for the Phoenix Convention Center. All coffee and espresso beverages are made using the highest-quality ingredients to satisfy every caffeine craving.
  • Crust: Crust is the epitome of Italian-American-Fusion cuisine. Fresh dough, prepared daily for the rusticas and rollatinis with homemade sauce, make a winning combination for all of its unique offerings. Creatively presented salads, featuring crisp lettuce served in a baked crust, are another menu highlight. Traditionally cooked in stone ovens by using the simplest and freshest ingredients, Crust brings a taste of Sicily to Arizona.
  • Fresh Gourmet to Go: Here the motto is: "Innovative Meal Solutions for Lifestyles on the Go." The menu centers on healthy, naturally prepared foods. One unique feature is "Heat 2 Eat" dinners - prepared daily, pre-cooked and ready for convention customers to take to their hotels and reheat in the microwave. Whether it is grabbing a Mozzarella Fresca Sandwich that is prepared on bread baked daily or indulging in a Chardonnay Poached Pear Salad, Fresh Gourmet to Go pleases every palate.
  • Tortillas: Tortillas truly is a Mexican grill experience that incorporates bold cuisine infused with zesty flavors. The chicken or steak taco platter and real grilled chicken-breast quesadillas are sure to keep you coming back again and again!
  • Urban Wok: Urban Wok offers Asian-flavored cuisine with an uptown flair. Blending the various regions of Asia from China to Thailand, this menu is anything but traditional. From the signature fried rice to the crispy spring rolls and orange-peel chicken, guests will find something different for snacking or dining every time.
