All applicable information below is to be submitted with preliminary site plans. Please return this completed checklist, submittal fee, and plans with your submittal. For additional information, please contact Development Service Department at (602) 495-0302, fax (602) 495-3637.

Scale (engineering scale required: 1" = 40' minimum)

Provide 5" x 5" space in lower right corner of sheet for approval stamps
Existing and proposed building footprint(s) and uses
All documents must be folded to 9" x 12" (maximum). Method and media of submittal may vary as appropriate.

Slope analysis for properties with 10% or greater slope
LANDSCAPE INVENTORY PLAN: (2 copies)
Plant inventory of significant vegetation to be removed, salvaged or maintained; (Mature cactus and trees over 6' or over 4" caliper.) Show area to be protected from disturbance.
Demonstrate compliance with Arizona Native Plant Laws (ARS3-904)
