SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN
All applicable information below is to be submitted with preliminary site plans. Please return
this completed checklist, submittal fee, and plans with your submittal. For additional
information, please contact Development Service Department at (602) 495-0302, fax (602) 495-3637.
