Civil Plan Checklists/Guidelines

The civil plan review process helps ensure compliance with various codes, ordinances, and requirements, including the Zoning Ordinance, grading and draining requirements, hillside requirements, subdivision ordinance, MAG guidelines, water and wastewater design standards, and the Phoenix Construction Code. Below is a listing of checklists and guidelines for the preparation of civil plans that may be required for a project. All plans submitted for review must be accompanied by the Site Development Civil Engineering Services Submittal Form.(85kb) 1
