Water/Sewer Agreements

Water/Sewer agreements are generated for all approved Water/Sewer plans. These agreements are legal documents that provide the general conditions and requirements between the city and the Developer. Before the agreement shall become effective and binding upon the city of Phoenix it must be approved by the city Manager. This agreement process will start the process of accepting Water and Wastewater appurtenances by virtue of the record drawing process.
