The city of Phoenix, as stated in Section 507.J of the Phoenix
Zoning Ordinance, is required to inspect each project prior to certificate
of occupancy or final approval. Since each project is unique, various
inspection process may be required for a development project within the
city of Phoenix. Normally, information regarding inspections is presented
to customers when your project is ready for the required construction permit.
