Land Division/Combine

A land division or lot split is the act of dividing property with an area of 2½ acres or less into two or three parcels of land. A lot combine is the opposite-the combination of land parcels. All development and zoning requirements must be met. The following outlines the process for completing a land division (split) or combination.
