for all components and phases of development and construction.

Cindy Stotler, Management Services Administrator
The Management Services Division is responsible for the annual
operating budget, purchasing, accounts receivable, impact fees,
overall costs recovery, payroll, personnel, the Records Center,
Information Systems and the Customer Resource Center. |

Denee McKinley, Office of Customer Advocacy Administrator
The Office of Customer Advocacy provides case management and
development assistance for business customers new to the land
development and permit process. The office focuses on existing
commercial buildings, historic structures, the conversion of
residential to business use and strip mall revitalization. |

Tom Ferruccio, Information Technology Project Manager
The Information Systems Section manages the department's automated
business systems, Internet sites and applications, Automated
Inspections Request System (AIRS) and Geographic Information
System (GIS). |

Tom Wandrie, Deputy Director, Plan Review
The Plan Review Section is responsible for all plan review,
including: Civil, Site, Landscape, Traffic and Building Plans. |

Mo Glancy, Deputy Director, Inspections
The Inspections Section is responsible for all construction
inspections, including: Residential, Commercial, Elevators,
Civil, Backflow and Annual Facilities Program.
