Administrative Team

Bob Goodhue, Assistant Director, Residential Services
Manages daily operations for residential plan review and inspections,
civil/site inspections, planned community development team review
process, and traffic engineering functions. Duties also include
interacting with various customer groups, other city departments,
city council, mayor's, and city manager's offices. Additionally,
coordination of policy between city departments, and the presentation
of technical, administrative and policy issues in public settings
are also key functions. |

Derek Horn, Assistant Director, Commercial Services
The Commercial Services Division is responsible for plan review
and inspections for all components and phases of commercial
development and construction. |

Andy Granger, Deputy Director, Residential Services
The Residential Services Division is responsible for plan review
and inspections for all components and phases of residential
development and construction. |
|
Cindy Stotler, Management Services Administrator
The Management Services Division is responsible for the annual
operating budget, purchasing, accounts receivable, impact fees,
overall costs recovery, payroll, personnel, the Records Center
and the Customer Resource Center. |

John Parks, Development Review Administrator
The Planned Community Development Division is responsible for
plan review of residential projects for conformance with planned
community development master plans, the administration of design
review and landscaping plan review. |

Denee McKinley, Office of Customer Advocacy Administrator
The Office of Customer Advocacy provides case management and
development assistance for business customers new to the land
development and permit process. The office focuses on existing
commercial buildings, historic structures, the conversion of
residential to business use and strip mall revitalization. |

Tom Ferruccio, Information Technology Project Manager
The Information Systems Section manages the department's automated
business systems, Internet sites and applications, Interactive
Voice Response System (IVRS) and Geographic Information System
(GIS). |

Tom Wandrie, Building Official
The Building Official is responsible for clarifying and enforcing
the Phoenix Building Construction Code. This includes interpretations,
adoptions, and enforcement of rules and supplemental regulations
to the application of its provisions. |

Mo Glancy, Deputy Director, Commercial Inspections
The Development Center provides basic information about the
development process, plan submittals, and development-related
codes/ordinances and issues permits for commercial, fire, site,
civil, water/sewer, sign and residential construction.
