2003 Adopted Code & Amendment Packages

Building plan reviews are conducted to help ensure compliance with the Phoenix Construction Code.

Phoenix has adopted the 2006 editions of the International Codes and the Uniform Plumbing Code which can be found at 2006 Adopted Code & Amendment Packages. For projects designed and permitted under the 2003 Codes, please use the following table:
