The business of DSD is to enforce building codes and other
development related ordinances by reviewing building, site
and civil construction plans for compliance, issuing permits,
inspecting construction and issuing a certificate of completion
or occupancy. Our staff members are dedicated to excellence,
providing superior customer service and meeting plan review
and inspection turnaround times.
Tickets for counter service will only be issued Monday -
Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm beginning Tuesday, September
8, 2009. Customers with tickets may continue their business
transaction through the close of business (5:00 pm).
