2004 ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators  
2002 ASME A17.3 Safety Code for Existing Elevators and Escalators  


The amendments to the Phoenix Building Construction Code were updated by city council on January 4, 2006. The effective date of the amendments is February 6, 2006.
