The Neighborhood Economic Development Division oversees redevelopment and economic revitalization activities in Neighborhood Initiative Areas, redevelopment and other low-income areas. Staff assists qualified businesses with sales or lease of city-owned land, site assembly, financial referrals, enterprise zone referrals/assistance, demographic information, Storefront Improvements, organizing a business associate and technical assistance with zoning and development permitting.
