Water and sewer services within the city are provided by the city of Phoenix
Water Services Department. To obtain water and sewer
rates or to set up a new account, call the Water Services Department at (602)
262-6251. Please be prepared to show proof and date of occupancy. Usually, an
activation fee of $20 (subject to change) plus tax is required. In addition, a
deposit amount is due before service begins. The Water Services Department
attempts to deliver next day service, with the exception of prior account
balance overdue or delinquency fees.
