About Keep Phoenix Beautiful
Keep Phoenix Beautiful is an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization (formerly known as Phoenix Clean and Beautiful). We have been working in Phoenix for more than 20 years to promote the preservation and protection of our environment. With the help of thousands of volunteers annually, Keep Phoenix Beautiful dedicates its efforts to litter reduction, beautification and community improvement activities. Through our neighborhood cleanups, educational presentations and comprehensive anti-litter program, Keep Phoenix Beautiful works to engage and inspire environmental stewardship in our local communities.Keep Phoenix Beautiful organizes and implements three programs: outreach, service and education/information. The outreach program consists of various cleanup/beautification events held throughout the year in the City of Phoenix. The service program provides Phoenix residents with roll-off containers (those large 40-yard construction size dumpsters) for community and neighborhood cleanups. Also through our service programs, we loan out cardboard trash boxes for special events (collapsible and easy to transport!) and Phoenix landfill passes are distributed to residents with special waste hauling projects. The education/information program focuses on presentations to professional, neighborhood associations and schools.
Through our partnerships and alliances, Keep Phoenix Beautiful works toward building a healthier, cleaner and more beautiful environment.
