I have the capability, qualifications, and reliability to hold a liquor license because: "I have been awning and operating restaurants since 1995, successfully. I am extremely educated. I hold a bachelors degree in Economics and a masters degree in Accounting. I furthermore have never been convicted of a crime and am a law abiding citizen. I also have two restauants and a house here in Arizona with plans to open additional restauats."

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because: "A public convencen will be met because I anticipate that my customers without a liquor license will have to bring there own if allowed, and may people are not aware of the law. Putting the responsibily of alcohol in my restauant, will help decrease the customers from traveling with alcohol/liquor to the restaurant. Interest of comment will be served by bringing competition into the area, thereby reducy prices, which in todays ecomomy, is most beneficial to the customer."
