Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and services necessary to replace floor covering including demolition of existing floor covering and rubber cover base, floor preparation, then furnish and install new carpet and cove base on the second floor of the Burton Barr Central Library, as specified to meet requirements of the specifications in IFB 08-102.
