For the supply of rental and servicing of the required barricades, warning lights, signs, flag-type high level warning devices, twenty-eight inch (28") cones, arrow panels, variable message boards (VMS), sand bags, and other listed contract items during a two (2) year period beginning or about February 1, 2008, on an "as needed" basis according to the provisions, drawings, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
