Ingredients:
2 pounds London Broil
1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon pepperMix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and thyme. Pour over the steak, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate as long as possible.
Heat grill to medium-high. Grill steak with cover closed for 8-10 minutes a side for medium, depending on thickness of steak.
Put steak on cutting board. Cover with foil for 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
