The Phoenix Fire Department's
Musicate Program

What is Musicate?

Musicate is a performance that educates the public through songs about fire and life safety. The songs are written, composed, and performed by Phoenix Firefighter Bill Scott. In addition to special events, Musicate performs at many PFD safety events, as well as over 105 schools in the Phoenix area.

The Musicate program also offers a special class called M.U.S.I.C. (molding urban survival in children). In this program, children compose their own safety songs.

Musicate safety songs are available on CD and cassette tape. To learn more about Musicate, or to order a CD or cassette, call PFD Community Involvement at 602-262-6910.
