Fire Prevention Records Requests
Records
The Fire Prevention section can provide copies of occupancy inspections and incident reports on fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms and underground tanks. After the first 10 pages a $.15 per page fee will be charged. Records are available for pick-up or can be faxed. Turnaround time is estimated at 1 week.
How to request records:
- Obtain a Request Form:
- Available at Fire Prevention Office at 150 South 12th Street
The form is available online and can be mailed or faxed.

- Letter - if you require an official letter on letterhead please check the box. Otherwise no letter will be sent.
