Home in FiveHome in Five Mortgage Assistance for First-Time Homebuyers
Qualified first-time homebuyers receive a low interest thirty year fixed mortgage, a five percent grant down payment and closing costs. The program is available throughout all Maricopa County.


American Dream Down Payment Initiative (ADDI)
This program offers eligible first-time homebuyers ten thousand dollars down payment and closing cost assistance toward the purchase of any approved single-family residence within the city of Phoenix.

HOMEStart
The HOMEStart program offers eligible first-time homebuyers up to forty thousand dollars toward the purchase of a home located within the city of Phoenix and constructed or rehabilitated by city approved nonprofit developers.

HOMEChoice
The HOMEChoice program is designed to offer up to forty thousand dollars in assistance to qualified first-time homebuyers who have a disabled person living in their household.

Designated Neighborhoods Opportunities
ACORN Housing is currently qualifying potential homebuyers for a new single-family home subdivision located in South Mountain Village at Third Avenue and Beverly Road.

Palomino Community Builders is constructing six new homes in the Palomino neighborhood within the city of Phoenix.

For both neighborhoods, qualified first-time homebuyers can receive up to twenty-five thousand dollars in assistance.
